What is included in your NON-all inclusive rental?

Even if you do DIY, you still get access to use of:

100 chairs with black chair covers

Rectangle Banquet tables for seating up to 110 

Black linens for banquet tables

Disco lighting

Kitchen Space

PA System

Coat room with coat check capabilities

 

How may people do you accommodate?

We can accommodate 285 people for cocktails, but we recommend keeping your party around 75 to 100 as we only have 2 bathrooms.

 

Are you ADA accessible?

Because we are a historic building, we unfortunately are not as accessible as we would like to be and are working to improve our accessibility in the future as we grow.  Currently, we have a stair chair lift for our stairs but do not have an elevator.

 

Is your kitchen commercial?

Currently our kitchen is not commercial grade, but we hope to become commercial complaint in the future and offer the ability to prepare food in our kitchen.  In the meantime, it offers plenty of counter space for caterers to prepare the already cooked food.

 

 

Do you have parking?

There is free parking ½ a block away on 1st Street after 5pm or metered from 8-5pm.  There is also a large covered parking lot across the street from the event center that costs $1/hr with plenty of parking.
